Good news for your shipments to Ireland and Northern Ireland: we take the route around the United Kingdom, keeping your goods within the EU and eliminating the need to worry about customs formalities. Northern Ireland, since the Brexit, is part of the EU for customs formalities. Customs formalities are also not required for Northern Ireland. For shipments to England, Scotland or Wales, we take care of customs formalities.

Step 1
Do you have a load that needs to be shipped? Contact our planners at planning@winterswijkrtm.nl or call us at 010-4764333. We will respond to your email within minutes and be ready to help you. We will offer you a rate based on the dimensions of your goods and the loading and delivery address.
We also coordinate when the shipment can be picked up and delivered. If everything is approved, you will receive a booking confirmation with all the details regarding your shipment.
Step 2
On the agreed day, we will pick up the shipment at the loading address where the goods are located.
If it is necessary to provide driver name, license plate number and arrival time, we will arrange this at least one day before pickup to ensure smooth loading. Once we have collected your shipment, we will send you a confirmation.
Step 3
During transport, we keep a close eye on your shipment. We have a track and trace system that allows us to track the truck live. If there are schedule changes, we will let you know immediately.
We believe in complete transparency, so you always stay informed. Turnaround time depends on the location of the unloading address and varies between 48 and 72 hours.
If a sign-off procedure is required at the unloading address, we will notify you or the unloading address of our arrival at least one day beforehand, including all necessary details for a smooth delivery.
When your shipment has been delivered, you will receive a confirmation from us.
Step 4
Once the shipment is delivered and our service is completed, we will send you an invoice as agreed in the booking confirmation.
